Meet Tiffani K. Thornton, Esq.

The Law Office of Tiffani K. Thornton, PLLC was founded by Attorney Tiffani Thornton, a solo practitioner in Tampa, Florida in 2023. 

Ms. Thornton's primary areas of practice are estate planning, trust administration, real estate and real property. These areas encompass assisting in matters pertaining to landlord/tenant relations, condominium and homeowners' associations, real estate transactions and property disputes.

Ms. Thornton is a former Assistant Attorney General for the State of Florida, where she managed sensitive and confidential multi-party cases from intake through trial preparation, including making regular court appearances and arguments on behalf of a state agency. She has personal experience with the unique challenges and opportunities facing small business owners, investors, and families in Tampa Bay. 

While a student at USF St. Petersburg she launched her mother’s senior care business, worked as a Legal Assistant for an attorney representing Homeowners and Condominium Associations, and interned for local and state-level political campaigns. During law school, Ms. Thornton worked as a Law Clerk for a civil and criminal defense firm in Pinellas County, Florida. 

She leverages her varied litigation experience to seek creative solutions in her transactional practice, including a focus on structuring custom, functional plans for clients with estate planning and asset protection matters.
