Trust Administration

A Trust is most valuable to families when properly setup, understood, and administered.

SERVICES OFFERED

Interpretation

A Trust is a complicated document. If you are a new trustee or beneficiary, or simply need clarification on the trust terms, an attorney review of the trust would be beneficial to become fully informed.

Distributions

Making distributions can be simple, but sometimes can be challenging. The most important considerations are whether the trust permits a distribution and how the distribution may be made. It can be very helpful to have an attorney by your side to review the options and assist in this process.

Amendments

A Trust Amendment is more than a simple list of changes, it is a new set of instructions for the holding, management, and distribution of property. It is strongly encouraged that you hire an attorney to oversee this process to ensure the amendment complies with Florida Law.
