How Much Does it Cost to Get an Attorney?

Billing for transactional matters is generally offered at a flat rate based on an estimate of the attorney's time. Fees range from $450.00 to $3,000.00 depending on the nature and scope of legal services needed. Transactional matters include: Leases, Deeds, Contracts, Estate Planning, and Seller Financing Documents.

For clients with matters that are disputed or may lead to litigation, the following options are generally offered:

• Limited scope flat rate (specific) services starting at $750.00
• Hybrid flat rate and hourly services starting at $650.00 plus hourly billing on additional services
• Hourly services at $300.00-$325.00 per hour

Litigation matters are offered at an hourly rate of $300.00-$325.00. An upfront advance fee (commonly referred to as a retainer) will be required. The firm's minimum litigation advance fee is $3,000.00.
